Payment Terms

All orders are subject to payment in full prior to dispatch of goods.

Ordering

To ensure accuracy, all orders must clearly specify:

• Fabric design

• Colour

• Product name

• Quantity required

 

Delivery time for in-stock items is typically 3–10 business days ex-warehouse, unless otherwise advised at the time of order. Please check stock availability prior to ordering, and notify us if your order is urgent.

If goods are to be delivered to a third party, a full delivery address and contact phone number must be provided at the time of order.

 

Prices

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST.

 

Reservation of Title

Ownership of goods remains with Window Studio until payment has been received in full.

 

Limit of Liability

All goods are sold with the understanding that Window Studio’s liability for any fault or defect is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We accept no liability for incidental or consequential losses, including remarking costs.

 

Freight

Freight charges from Perth are included on the invoice.

 

Product Availability

Window Studio reserves the right to withdraw items from sale or adjust pricing without notice.

 

Claims & Returns

All goods must be inspected upon receipt to confirm correct quantity and condition.

 

Claims will not be accepted if:

• The fabric has been cut or processed in any way.

• The goods have been in use for over 12 months.

• The claim relates to sun fading, wear, or improper use.

 

Colour Matching

Due to dye lot variations, exact colour matching between batches is not guaranteed. If precise matching is required, a cutting from the current batch can be ordered for approval prior to confirmation.

 

Special Offers

Products marked as "special" are available while stocks last only.

 

Fabric Characteristics & Responsibility

• Fabric movement may occur due to atmospheric conditions (e.g., temperature and humidity). Window Studio is not liable for such changes after installation.

• All curtains should be fully lined to reduce fading. We accept no responsibility for colour fading due to sun exposure.

• Linen fabrics may absorb moisture, which can affect fabric stability.

 

Industry Standards

Window Studio adheres to international textile industry standards, which allow for up to 5 flaws per 50 metres of fabric. Returns or claims based on flaw counts within this standard will not be accepted.
